Organizational Structure
Hum Foundation Bharat believe that every inch of our nation is our purview and therefore our area of operation, therefore we have placed utmost importance at considering the whole country as a single organizational structure. A Branch or Shakha is considered as the building block of our organization therefore in its basic principle form every branch is composed of 12 to 15 members of the foundation. It is also the minimum number of members required to initiate and form a branch. Stepping up on this if a district has two or more branches in existence and for the smooth and congenial integration and working of various branches at district level committee is formed at every district best upon such structure for the organizational structure consists of bodies and committees at the level of Regions, States, Zones and Central committee. Based on this decentralized organizational structure the entire country has been further subdivided into four zones consisting of North East South and West zones.
Zones
NORTH ZONE
Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.
WEST ZONE
Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Rajasthan
EAST ZONE
Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Oddisa, Tripura, Sikkim and West Bengal
SOUTH ZONE
Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
